FUTURE TAPE ✇

This version is the original idea of my previously released drum and bass track "covet". Since it started out on guitar, it deserved another version that was more guitar-centric and trip-hoppy.

I played my acoustic while the vocals were being tracked to give a more intimate, slow burn feel. I then went back and re-cut some electric guitar to give it some AIC (Alice In Chains) and maybe some hints of Dead Weather and Portishead.

This version feels raw, weathered, a little unplugged and undone. Almost like we are sitting around on the front porch and we start to jam.
